Single filament polyester filter cloth material properties: acid resistance, alkali resistance. Good abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, repeatability, poor electrical conductivity. Polyester fibers are generally of heat-resistant in 130-150 degrees c, the product has ordinary felt kind of filter bout some advantages, and wear resistance is very good, has the very high cost performance and become the largest variety in mat type of filter material usage. Heat resistance: 120 ℃, the elongation at break (%) : 20 to 50, breaking strength (g/d) : 438, softening point (℃) : 238-240, melting point (℃) : 255-260. Specific gravity: 1.38. Filter performance: the filter cloth polyester high-multifilament smooth surface, good wear resistance, high strength, through spell after twist, higher strength, better wear resistance, and breathable fabric performance is good, water leakage is fast, convenient cleaning. USES: sewage, sludge, chemical industry, ceramics, pharmacy, smelting, mineral processing, coal washing, food, beverage, etc.
